Entry and payment instructions for runners representing a foreign club
NOTE: Runners which have not payed the entire fee (this includes banking fees) will not be allowed to start!
A list of runners which have not payed the entire fee will be published at the information board at the competition centre. It is possible to complement the payment before start at the information desk at the competition centre.
Please notice that entries for Elitserien and Silva Junior Cup must be separated from entries to the national competitions!
This applies for both entry registration by mail as well as payment since there are two different clubs involved.
Elitserien and Silva Junior Cup
1. Send your entries for Elitserien and Silva Junior Cup to: 2010@vaxjo-ok.g.se
2. Calculate the total sum in SEK for entries to Elitserien and Silva Junior Cup. Check the daily exchange rate and convert SEK to the appropriate currency. Add the bank fee for the transaction to the sum and pay to the following IBAN number:

It is suitable to use the SI card numbers as a message in the payment!
The national competitions
OK Orion would like their international guests to enter thereself for the national competitions through Eventor (link)!
Then the organizers will send an invoice after the competitions, to the club.
If Eventor is complicated, you are welcome to enter via the following steps:
1. Send your entries for the national competitions to: anmalan@okorion.se
2. Calculate the total sum in SEK for entries to the national competitions. Check the daily exchange rate and convert SEK to EURO. Add the bank fee for the transaction to the sum and pay to the following IBAN number:
